Beds were good. Clean. Hygienic. Shower/bathroom was good. Modern. Big enough room. Airco worked good. There are certain things lacking which you know upfront (minibar, water boiler, tea etc), but that justifies the price; which is good. I will come back

The hotel offered everything we needed, just enough space to fit everything in and no unnecessary extras. Everything looked clean and the style is modern. Comfortable beds, low-entry shower and excellent breakfast. Rooms have number pads for which you get a combination instead of a room key.

Clean room, size ok for 3 people in big, modern building away from city center. Private toilet, separate shower, very good soundproofing, good air conditioning in mid-June. Wifi was good inside; weak just outside front door. Industrial/business area, so needed to walk some to find restaurants and some shops if needed. Didn't buy breakfast but looked satisfactory; had large, nice dining area. 10 minute walk from Technology Park S-Bahn stop; convenient that Lidl grocery was along the way... bought packaged salads, drinks, pastries, etc there. Hotel staff was friendly, helpful.

for us it served its purpose as we came for the weekend to attend something in Ehrenfeld but as a local tourist to Koln location is probably not convenient especially if you are not driving. all in all we had a very comfortable stay and the staff was very friendly. would also be nice if they were responsive as i had asked prior the costs for breakfast but got no response on booking.com

Room was large enough for two people also staff are very friendly and helpful. Room and sheets were clean. Bathroom was good.

I'll start with the personnel. Amazing service. I arrived early before the check-in time, the lady at the reception was super nice to let me in the room very quickly as soon as they got it ready. The room is very modern, clean, spacious, big tv screen,It even had an A/C. Not a room you'd expect in a budget hotel.

Staff did a great job kindly accommodating us when we noticed the family room we were assigned smelled like urine. I don’t think this is a normal occurrence; the two rooms we were given instead were perfectly fine, comfortable and very clean. Very nice staff. Allowed us to park early before check-in. Quick walk to the S-Bahn for easy access downtown. I would stay again on a return to Köln to avoid parking downtown for sure.

You know what you're getting with BnB, a decent, clean hotel at a reasonable price. As long as you're not expecting a 5-star hotel, it's a solid place to stay. We generally seek out BnB because of the consistency in their offering.
